The restaurant Com’Ça lies a few feet away from a little square called Place Saint-Denis and is located 41, rue de Gruyères 41 in Bulle. It used to be a saddle maker’s, a former kitchen workshop among other uses.
Now this beautiful building allows a dozen tables to welcome both lunch and dinner guests with a view to an open kitchen, which makes it especially friendly and cosy.
All the food ingredients and wines on the menu have been carefully selected in respect of environment (mostly locally produced) and with a sense of harmony and taste.
Our menus are inspired by nature and seasons, and they originate from local farmers, growers, greengrocers, fishermen and flower-, berry- and mushroom-pickers.
Lunch is served on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Dinners, from Wednesdays to Saturdays in the evening.
